HANDICAP 5K

The handicap 5K takes place on the last Tuesday of every month between February to November. As well as giving each Harrier a chance to race against other Harriers, it allows individuals to track their training progress. Each Harrier will start in reverse order based on their last handicap results. If it is a Harrier's first time running in the handicap series, their order in the race will be based on either your last 5k or an estimated time.
